Design Inspiration:
Finding multiple sources of inspiration and meshing them together is a helpful way to create your own custom look. Initially inspired by our Moroccan Fish Scale Sea Mist shower, this client wanted to replicate the look in a shower trim while mixing multiple tile shapes with an organic transition. Our cobalt blue glaze color and strong Moroccan Fish Scale pattern was the perfect complement to their ceramic patterned floor.
Shape & Orientation:
Moroccan Fish Scales may only be one tile shape, but it has thousands of different variations! We have three sizes & three unique layouts for Moroccan Fish Scale Tile. You can choose from standard colors offered on the site here, or you can customize and choose your color palette from our curated glaze colors! This client opted for the larger size with tips up, for a strong contrast against the plain white subway tile. The accent shower trim is approximately 24” tall and the Large Moroccan Fish Scales were a perfect match for this context. Tips up give the shower a nautical-feel.
Final Bathroom:
