Wall Art Collection
Our Tile Artisans are showing off their impeccable craftsman skills by turning tile into an art form with our new Wall Art Collection. We've been making the old new again by using remnant (handmade and totally gorgeous) tile turning them into new masterpieces that are ready to ship and easy to hang. These one-of-a-kind mosaic decor pieces are handcrafted and produced with sustainable, handmade materials including gorgeous framing from our friends at Manomin Resawn Timbers.
Our partners at Manomin travel to countless counties of the Midwest to salvage timbers in order to give them a new life. Their process de-nails, kiln dries, planes and preserves some of our nation’s richest building materials – adding character in ways you have to see in person. The magic of the frames we use for our mosaic art is taking remnants from their larger projects and upcycling those materials, since our frames are pretty petite relative to the massive construction projects they reclaim and supply most of their timbers for.

Mercedes Austin Art Originals
We couldn't write this blog without sharing another artfully sustainable endeavor of our female founder, Mercedes. Mercedes Austin Art has been a long time coming and we couldn't be more happy for our tile queen and mosaic maven. In the midst of running a small business, opening a second location, and planning a new Design Studio, Mercedes reached her own epic milestone by launching Mercedes Austin Art.
Overstock Tile
Another of our new sustainable series is our Overstock tile. These Overstock batches are exactly what they sound like. We've brushed the dust off beautiful batches of tile sitting on our factory shelves and are offering them at a discounted price. Either shop our overstock selections by the square foot or purchase our specialty small batches of tile that are sold as a single unit. These discounted batches are one-of-a-kind, totally unique and all yours. Warehouse Sales
Last but certainly not least of our revival tile endeavor is our Warehouse Sales. We've been opening up our production studio to the public to not only purchase discounted tile but also to see where the handmade magic happens. Located in the heart of the Northeast Minneapolis Arts District in the historic Thorp Building, our gorgeous factory is airy, light-filled and inspiring. Come see it for yourself while sorting through hundreds of boxes of beautiful overstock and remnant tile for your next project no matter how big or small.
