Refund and Exchange Policy

Since Mercury Mosaics tiles are made by hand and made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or give refunds for tile orders.

Customer Happiness:
Mercury Mosaics strives itself on customer satisfaction and if there is anything that you are not happy with regarding your order, please email randi@mercurymosaics.com or call her at 612-940-7704 and let her know what you're running into so she can work with you and help you find a solution.

If you love your tile order: tell EVERYONE about it!
If you aren't happy with your tile order: tell US so we can do something about it.

Tile broken in shipment:
If you receive your tile shipment and there are broken tiles, no need to worry. We always include a few extra tiles with every order just in case a couple of them break during shipping. If there are more than 2 broken tiles in your shipment, email randi@mercurymosaics.com and we will replace these tiles at no charge to you.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges for tile, all tile orders are made to order just for you. See Customer Happiness section above.
